    The establishment was outstanding from the very beginning. I made a reservation and I received an e-mail thanking me and asking if I had any questions. I spoke to the Manager on site the morning I came in and he had already swept out my unit and had a brand new lock/key for me to use and was extremely helpful. He also stated that they check the locks every day to make sure the units are secure and will call you if the lock is off or not secured correctly. Would totally recommend this place!

    Ryan helped me initially set up renting my unit and assured me that if I decided I needed a larger one they would be able to get me into one with no problems. He was right. I ended up needing a larger unit and Sean helped me do that with no trouble. They were fast and friendly. Thank you Ryan and Sean for making this such an easy process for me!!!!!!

    Place is great. Had a bad experience with uhaul getting my mom moved out of her home. They quickly got me a storage unit with competitive pricing, awesome first month discount and were very attentive to making sure I had what I needed. Even offered to swap my unit for a larger one if it wasn't big enough. It was. They will be meeting my storage needs in Livingston County for foreseeable future.

    Enrollment was an easy process. Billing was spot on and they only require 3 days advance notice to vacate. They would get 5 stars if the outdoor storage was a bit wider. They allow for 96" and our trailer is 84". 6" to spare per side is tight. I will be returning back in the spring because I store my trailer indoors for the winter.
