I have had storage units here before the switch to National. Nancy has always been amazingly helpful and always greets you with a smile on her face making your day just a bit better. She makes the sometimes stressful process of renting a unit easy with a down home personal feel.

I worked with Nancy at Best Rental before it was National and she did a great job for us and getting us set-up when we first moved in and then to a smaller unit once we were able to move things out in the spring this past year. Wonderful, kind staff. The facility is very clean and organized. The lock came with my rental which was nice. I have utilized storage facilities in the past and the Highland Rd. Store is by far the best storage facility I have used.

Great website, easy online rental setup. Nice new storage units. The floor of the unit is elevated from the ground, so you may need to bring a ramp.

After moving out of my apartment, I had searched for a great storage facility in the area. National Storage, made that a great reality for me. The facilities were well kept and clean. Never had a problem with water getting into the unit, bugs or pests, and easy access whenever I needed it. Thank you to the welcoming and friendly staff at National and I highly recommend using this facility!

Very nice place to do business. Everyone I had to deal with was professional and polite. They seem to be very well organized.
